"Reality
Ceasing" - By Anonymous
I
consider
myself a
Salvia Veteran,
I've
used it
quite a
few
times,
and when
I
thought
about
which
experience
I wanted
to write
about,
only one
really
came to
mind.
The time
the
Universe
ended.
I was
planning
this
trip for
all
week. I
had had
a
hellish
time at
work,
and I
never
had
enough
time at
home
once I
got
there.
It felt
like by
the time
I had
wound
down,
had
dinner
and just
started
to have
some
time to
myself,
it was
time to
go to
sleep
and
start
the
process
all over
again. I
needed
time
that was
for me
and only
me, to
leave it
all
behind
for just
a few
minutes.
I
couldn't
wait for
the
weekend
to come
so that
I could
break
out the
extract.
I used a
standardized
10x
extract.
I perfer
it
because
it's a
lot
stronger
than the
5x to me
and
gives me
mind-blowing
trips.
5x is
good for
wanting
something
light,
but for
me, 10x
is the
only way
to fly.
I
packed
up a big
bowl of
the
extract
and lit
it up
with a
minitorch
(newbies:
use
flameless
lighters/minitorches
to light
your
salvia,
you get
wayyyyy
better
effects).
I took 4
huge
tokes
and held
each one
in until
my face
turned
blue.
Almost
immediately
I felt
it
washing
over me,
it was
like a
cold
chill
that
sorta
"melted"
over me
like an
ice cube
in your
hand,
and
everything
started
to go
dark.
When
I got my
bearings
again, I
was in a
void, it
was
black,
everything
was
blackness.
Nothing
existed.
Nothing.
My mind
was
racing
to make
sense of
it. I
just
knew
that
this was
the end
of
everything.
I was
the only
thing
there. I
was all
of
existence
looking
out into
the void
that was
an
absence
of me.
I saw
a faint
"sheet"
of light
in the
distance
and
headed
towards
it, I
was
almost
disappointed
that
something
else was
there.
The
light
began
getting
dimmer
and
dimmer
as I
headed
towards
it,
until
there
was
nothing
there
anymore.
I
stopped
dead in
my
tracks.
I
stayed
put and
began
contemplating
my
situation.
I
remember
thinking
that if
this was
nothing,
and I
was
everything,
why am I
here?
Without
me, it
is
nothing,
but as I
clearly
saw
around
me, this
was the
end of
everything,
an
infinite
void.
I
continued
thinking
deeply
about my
predicament
and
started
feeling
warm,
the void
starting
getting
brighter,
I don't
remember
what
happened
next,
but I
"snapped
out of
it"
sitting
on my
living
room
floor.
The
"great
journey"
through
the void
following
that
light
was a
whopping
distance
of 6
feet, I
had got
out of
my
chair, I
must
have
taken 3
steps
and sat
down.
I
felt
incredibly
peaceful
afterward,
as if
something
had been
resolved.
One
thing's
for
sure, I
won't
ever
forget
the time
I was
the
universe,
it was a
heck of
an ego
boost!
